Architectural Plastics designs and custom fabricates plastic parts, products, and displays and distributes plastic materials. We have earned a reputation during the last 30 years for timely delivery, innovative and cost-effective designs, and fast turnaround. Because we have unique design and production abilities, our customers and associates know us as a company able to solve problems that our competitors cannot.

Distribution

Distribution of plastic sheet goods consists primarily of acrylic, OptiumŽ, ABS, PVC, LUMAsiteŽ, polycarbonate and styrene. Typical distribution customers include sign makers, picture framers, lighting manufacturers, and various other manufacturers that use plastics in their products.

Architectural Plastics is the only distributor in the North Bay: Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. Our trucks also deliver in the South Bay several times a week.

Unlike larger distributors, we can be more flexible and meet your needs quicker. Our knowledgeable staff can answer your technical questions concerning material characteristics as well as fabricating in these materials. We can also design and fabricate parts for you that other distributors cannot.

Fabrication

We help clients design products or fabricate products using clients' existing designs. Production quantities range from one to thousands of units. Generally, we fabricate parts for other manufacturers or displays for clients' products. We also sell directly to large end-users such as banks and hotels.

Because of our diverse abilities, we are able to solve problems that seem insurmountable to others. With advanced CAD and CNC abilities, we can assist you in producing your job timely and with precision.

As a licensed general contractor, we can coordinate construction projects and installations.

People

As with any successful company, our 30 employees play a vital role in providing the personal attention and technical expertise you need. Our sales and technical staff have an average of 19 years experience in plastic fabrication and distribution; consequently, they have the product knowledge and industry contacts to help you get what you need.

Our design and production staff includes seasoned professionals who are able to create and fabricate products at the quality level you require.

Facilities

Our 16,000 square foot building houses our manufacturing facilities. We also have a showroom in this building for customers to view some of the products we have created over the last 30 years. Our salespeople are available to meet with you, show you product examples relevant to your needs, and answer your questions.

Our production equipment includes CNC routers capable of close tolerance and consistent parts. We maintain computer records for all jobs for future repetition.
