Unlike glass, modern, thin-film "sputter" coated acrylics offer greater strength, lighter weight and more uniform viewing. This is especially true for large (or small) surfaces. We utilize high-quality "museum grade" materials like Acrylite®GP and OP "cell-cast" thin-film coated clear acrylic and Tru Vue Optium®, anti-glare, UV-protective and anti-static acrylic. At Architectural Plastics our designers and fabricators have been helping our design, architectural and museum curator customers to realize their unique vision for the displays of priceless artwork, artifacts and valuables. We specialize in solvent-weld "seamless" bonding techniques and we offer highly skilled hand-fabrication and CNC machining to achieve distinctive, durable and functional cases, vitrines, kiosks and wall-mounted displays. On occasion, our display-builder/designer customers must ship even large structures great distances, so we are also able to create special crating, packing and shipping to protect the product prior to its final assembly and installation.Design, Materials & Fabrication Assistance
