This Chevron Award offered opportunity to employ several fabrication methods. The pole and flag are made from clear acrylic and painted flat gray. Clear acrylic was then backscreened in 3 colors and attached to the gray flag. The Chevron logo was created from laser cut black acrylic text and red and blue acrylic pieces. The finishing touch was to mount the sign to a Corian base.
Materials: Clear and colored acrylic, and Corian.
