ABS Plastic Sheet Stock for Production
ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) is an ideal material for structural applications when impact resistance, strength, and stiffness are required. It is widely used for machining pre-production prototypes since it has excellent dimensional stability and is easy to paint and glue.Because ABS is easy to cut, machine and heat-form into a wide variety of forms, it is also good for building 'snap-together' (disassemblable) structures. This is useful for a variety of applications like trade show displays or point-of-sale items that must be dissassembled, shipped and reassembled with a minimum of tooling and skills.
