TUFFAK Continuous Cast Polycarbonate Sheet
TUFFAK-A polycarbonate sheet is a continuously manufactured sheet plastic recommended for applications requiring excellent impact resistance or high service temperatures. TUFFAK-XL polycarbonate sheet offers the advantages of high impact resistance, UV protection, and a ten year warranty against the effects of weathering. TUFFAK-CM 2 has a clear anti-abrasive coating which gives greater than 40 times the protection of uncoated sheet.

TUFFAK sheet products are a light weight, rigid thermoplastic, produced by an process which yields a sheet with high optical quality and low levels of stress. Dimensionally stable, TUFFAK sheet can be easily sawed, machined, heat-formed, cold-formed, cemented, and painted.

Polygal®Structured Sheet (Twinwall)
Polygal® polycarbonate structured sheet is a tough, light weight, insulating glazing sheet extruded from high performance polycarbonate. It's impact resistance is 200 times that of glass and 8 times that of acrylic. The hollow core structure uses 80% less material than an equal thickness of solid glazing. It is 1/6th the weight of glass and 1/3rd as much as acrylic resulting in reduced handling costs. Common uses for this product are skylights, pool enclosures and greenhouses.
